Shipping policy

We ship exclusively within the United States.
 
**Order Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier — it does not include transit time.
 
**Order Cut-Off Time**
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific, or on a weekend/holiday, begin processing the next business day.
 
**Delivery Estimates**
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 4–7 business days, depending on your location and item availability.

Please note: that some Duffel Bags and Pouches may occasionally require additional preparation time due to inventory availability, customization requirements, or quality-control procedures. If any item in your order requires extra processing time, we will notify you promptly by email and keep you updated on the status of your order.

**Shipping Countries**
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
 
**Tracking Information**
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
 
**Delays**
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
 
**Lost Packages**
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building/leasing office first, then contact us at support@mossbury.shop within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
 
**Incorrect Address**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mossbury.shop or +1 916-821-9866 — we can update the address only if the order hasn't yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
