**After Your Order Has Shipped**
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you're welcome to return it under our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.
**Cancellation Confirmation**
You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation and, if applicable, confirming your refund. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
