At Mossbury, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Duffel Bag and Pouch we offer.

Warranty Coverage

All Duffel Bags and Pouches are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials, stitching, zippers, hardware, and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Cosmetic changes that occur naturally over time

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care

• Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or other abnormal conditions

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur due to the manufacturing process or screen display differences

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@mossbury.shop and include:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible. If the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
