Furniture items are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This covers structural issues, faulty hardware, and defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
- Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or accidents
- Damage from exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, direct sun exposure, extreme temperatures) outside normal indoor use
- Natural variation in handmade items (texture, grain, color) — this is a feature of handmade decor, not a defect
**How to Make a Warranty Claim**
Email support@mossbury.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll review your claim and respond with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
